We strive to maintain a 99.99% uptime for our core API infrastructure. However, delivery of messages (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Voice) ultimately depends on downstream carrier networks and third-party platforms. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by carrier outages.
By submitting your details on our forms, you authorize City Communication to send you notifications, transactional alerts, and promotional information via SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, or Email. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
In no event shall City Communication be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
